Our Preventative Maintenance Program

Take the worry out of maintenance! When signing up for our service agreement program, the worry and hassle of remembering to call in the spring and fall is out of your hands! We take care of it all!

How does it work?

Every January, we send out the preventative maintenance service agreement contract via email or mail (customer preference). Payment for the contract can be submitted via cash, check, or credit card and must be sent in on or before April 1st. For all paid customers, calls will go out the beginning of May to schedule for the Spring maintenance check, and again the beginning of September for the Fall maintenance check. Your agreement status remains for the entire year, and will renew January 1st the following year. The contract can be cancelled at any time, and is transferable if needed.

Pricing

Every agreement is customizable, as everyone has their own preferences. You let us know if you need filters and the frequency that you'd like them changed,  if you need a water panel, etc. We tailor your contract to your needs.


  • Base agreement: Spring and Fall check with no filters - $155
  • Base Agreement on Oil System: Spring and Fall check with no air filter (Oil filter and nozzle are included) - $205
  • Singular Maintenance Check- $78
  • Oil Maintenance Only- $130
